Ragging

As per Section 3 of the Bill passed by the legislative council on the 7 th April 1999 ( L.C.Bill No. IX of 1999), Ragging within or outside of any Educational Institution in Maharashtra is Prohibited. Any candidate who directly or indirectly commits, participates in , abets or propagates ragging within or outside any Educational Institution shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extends to Two years and shall also be liable to a fine which may extend to Rs. 10,000/-. Any student so convicted shall be dismissed from the Educational Institution and such student shall not be admitted In any other Educational Institution for a period of 5 years from the date of order of such dismissal. The procedure followed shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Bill.

Attendance

As prescribed by the university, every candidate admitted to B.Pharm. Sci. Course is required to attend separately not less than 75 % of the lectures & practicals in every subject failing which their examination forms will not be sent to the university.

College Discipline

The student while studying in the College, if found indulging in anti-national activities, unlawful activities and ragging in any form, contrary to the provisions of Acts and Law enforced by Government, will be liable to expelled from the college by the Dean / Principal of the College. Failure of the candidate in making full and correct statements in the application form and/ or suppression any information which would lead to his disqualification for admission. It is responsibility of every candidate to submit proper documents. Any attempt to submit documents which are not genuine will lead to cancellation of the admission of the candidate , forfeiture of the fees, deposit and expulsion of the candidate from the college by the Principal or by his authorised official. Any issue not dealt here-in above will be dealt with, when arising , fully and finally by the Principal.

Copying

Copying in the examination is prohibited by Law. The copying cases are referred to "Unfair means committee" of the University which awards suitable punishment. It is also mandatory to report the copying case to the nearest police station.
